Reporting a data problem
If something on the site looks wrong — a level that's missing, stats that look stale, a creator profile attributed to the wrong account — email [email protected] with the level ID or username and a sentence about what's off. Data is collected from Quest Master's level service on an hourly schedule, so very recent uploads may take an hour or two to appear; if something is more than a day stale, that's worth reporting.
Removal requests
If you are a creator and would like your levels removed from the site index, send a message from an account that demonstrates you are the owner (e.g., the email associated with your Quest Master account, or a verified social channel) and we will remove the listings.
Response time
Lanze Atlas is a hobby project. Expect a response within a few days. Streaming schedules and the day job both come first, but every email gets read.
